The newest addition to the Pangolin family, the Pangolin Voyager Houseboat (formery the Pride of the Zambezi), journeys along the Chobe River year round. It hosts guests in absolute luxury while slowly drifting through one of the best game viewing regions in Africa.
Spread over three levels, the houseboat holds up to 10 guests per trip.
Featuring five en-suites, these cabins can be configured into either double or twin-bedded rooms. They are eloquently decorated with African rosewood furnisher and Egyptian cotton linens.
All the cabins are contain built-in cupboards, a fan and insect repellent while being fitted with mosquito-proofed windows allowing a cool breeze to infiltrate through.
The bathrooms in each cabin feature a shower with complimentary shower gel and shampoo.
On the middle deck, you will find the main living area comprising of a lounge and dining area. Four daily meals are served on the large dining table thanks to the on board chef.
When the sun rises, you can enjoy muffins, cereal, tea and coffee before heading off on a morning game viewing expedition. When you have had your full, head back onto the Pangolin Voyager for a scrumptious breakfast – both continental and full English.
Late afternoon means its time for high tea before heading off for an afternoon gaming activity. Afterwards, enjoy a cold beverage while the sunsets relaxing in the comfort of a day well spent. To follow is a three-course evening meal concluded with a nightcap of your choice.
The lounge is perfect for relaxing by offering comfortable leather sofas and single chairs. The informative library offers a variety of books that will help enhance your safari experience.
The open-air top deck is the best place to do some viewing or star gazing. For those wanting to just kick back with a sundowner and lie around on a sun lounger, there’s no better place to be.
